Our Return and Refund Policy
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return or with any return question, contact us at info@philharmonicaudio.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to prepare your shipment. You will be charged for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Customers who use credit card payment will incur a 3% fee when processing the refunds from the original amount (Product price + shipping charges). Customers who use non credit card payment (e.g., Zelle or wire transfer) will be not be charged with the 3% fee when refund.
