Our 14-day Trial Period, Return and Refund Policy
14-day Trial Period (with costs)
We offer a 14-day in-house trial period on our speakers (accessory sales are final). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Shipping Options
Customers may choose one of the following return methods: a) Request a shipping label from us – the return shipping for domestic USA is the same as the outbound shipping cost. b) Use your own shipping carrier of choice.
Product Condition Requirements
Returned products must be a) In original packaging, b) In “new” condition
If any damage is caused by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the market rate to repair the item or sell it as B-stock, typically 5–10% of the MSRP.
Please note that the 14-day trial period involves non-refundable costs, including the outbound and return shipping and a 3% non-refundable credit card processing fee (Refer to the "Refunds" section)

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the refund amount. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method as soon as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Customers who use credit card payment will incur a 3% fee when processing the refunds from the original amount (Product price + shipping charges). Customers who use non-credit card payment (e.g., Zelle or wire transfer) will be not be charged with the 3% fee.
For larger dollar amount order, we encourage you to take advantage of non credit card payment. We offer 3% discount when doing so. You can contact us at info@philharmonicaudio.com for details. Please note that the time for refund might be longer for non-credit card payment.
